Guest guest
I joined the group and asked a question about aspects and how to delineate them. And nor the moderator nor any member could answer my question. It seems to me it is blinds leading blinds... vedic_astrology_learner <vedic_astrology_learner wrote: > Dear Learners of Vedic Astrology, > > If you are serious about learning astrology you may join the following > group - really this is the only group where new learners can discuss > free and interact each other to solve their problems. > > indian_vedic_astrology/ > > This group is really for learners so join the group and enjoy learning > Jyotish.. > > regards > anmol > > > > > > > > > > ....... Guest guest
Pranaam Francois, First and foremost... if you are asking questions that you already know the answers to, then you are playing the part of a fool and therefore being deceitful. I have never seen these characteristics described as ones that an astrologer should possess, rather quite the opposite. It is my understanding that the group you are seeking to discredit was started because so many lists [like this one] tend to cater to a kind of intellectual elitist mindset, where basic questions are ignored and those who are beginners wishing to learn receive no instruction and where they can discuss what they learn for the mutual benefit of each other. When those with sight refuse to guide those who cannot see or have weak vision they cannot criticize individuals seeking the light. Life itself has demonstrated that even blind people are capable of great feats, and individuals who allow their egos to overshadow their divine nature often become nothing more than arrogant despots, tyrants, at the very least charlatans and con men. You posed your answer as if you were a beginner and then began to question the answers you received as if you are an expert, when you could have come to the group with a proper spiritual orientation and simply instructed individuals in what you believe you know about aspects. One of the benefits of jyotish is gaining the ability to navigate or direct our lives according to the divine order demonstrated by the stars, to align ourselves with Kala Purusha. Perhaps you can use your vast knowledge to instruct us on how your games will further us along this path. I find it ironic that Jyotish is a spiritual science, and although I have seen much worship of intellects and egos, I have seen little in terms of enlightened, cultivated spirits seeking to help uplift their fellow human beings. I'm sure that in your superior intellect you have realized that you do not need to participate in the group that you see as beneath you. What you may have overlooked is... when you look down upon others you demonstrate a limited understanding of the underlying unity and oneness of this creation, or the fact that when you pluck one starnd in Indra's net you cause a vibration throughout the net. Be careful of the vibrations you send out into the universe, becuase they generate karma that lasts lifetimes. Do you really think that if I was such " a superior mind " I would have dared to join an " inferior list " ? The question I asked was intended for an honest answer, which was the core of learning. For the rest, I don't care... -- Regards, François. surya.siddhanta «There was indeed a time when the Sun's southerly course began from the middle of the star Ashlesha and the northerly one from the commencement of the star Dhanistha.
