If Benefic planets are placed in Konas and Malefic planets in Kendras, it is generally believed that the horoscope is strong. But the lordship of the planets placed in Kendras and Konas or for that matter in any house, prevail over all general rules of Astrology. When Malefic planets are neecha, they give more benefic results generally and vice-versa with Benefics. Hence the nature of the planet and its lordship over bhavas/houses to be taken into account while dealing with the result. Hope I have cleared your doubt. May God Bless You, Sastry.
