My name is Murali. I am facing very great problem in my career and

would appreciate help as early as possible.

My Date of Birth is: May 8th,1968

My Time of Birth is: 9:37 PM (IST)

My Place of Birth is: A small village near Kumabakonam

Lat: 10 N 59 deg

Long: 79 E 26 deg

 

Just to narrate the problem:

I joined this world famous Organization as a consultant back in 1999.

I became an employee around middle of 2000. Somehow I was tricked to

join at a lower level than what I should have joined. I got a

promotion in Feb of 2003. I have had 3 bosses. My current boss is a

very evil lady. She has been at the organization for last 20 years

and has lot of hold in the department. Although she appreciates the

work I do but does not promote me. All others who were junior to me

got promoted and I am left stranded at the same position - not only

giving me frustration but not much hope also. I am trying to leave

this job if I get a better one or somehow want to remove my boss. Is

there a remedy for me. Please advise at the earliest as my

frustration is increasing every minute.
