Dear Ramesh,

 

As per traditional system rasi chart and Siddamsa or Chaturvimsamsa (D 24) reveals higher education. 4th refers Basic Education, 9th -Graduation , 2nd - Postgraduation and Ph.D is 7th house. please refer the Book " Varga Chakra " by Shri.Sanjay Rath of SJC. That is every 6th house from 4th shows one step higher. As per KP 9th CSL connection to 4,5,9and 11 shows success in higher education. 12th from these house shows negation.
