Dear Sheetal,

 

Nadi dosh :

 

This dosh is based on the nakshatra the two, bride and the groom,

are born in.

 

I am aware of two traditional remedies prevalent for this dosh :

 

[ a ] The remedy is done for the placement of Rahu in both the

kundalis i.e. the kundali of the bride and the groom.

[ b ] The bride is first married to Saligram and then to the groom.

The presiding pundit will perform the rituals of marriage with

Saligram first and then the groom.

 

Bhakoot Dosh :

 

This dosh is based on the placement of moon in both the kundlis.

 

Here again there are two upaya I am aware of:

 

[ a ] Therefore the remedy is done for the moon in the kundali of

the bride and the groom.

[ b ] The bride carries to her new home rice equivalent to one-

tenth of her weight. At times the rice is sent to her in-laws home

prior to the marriage.
