Do these upaya :

 

[ 1 ] Gift a black & white blanket to any old beggar.

[ 2 ] Take a fruit each of 7 different varieties. Wash these fruits

with Goat's milk, then with buffalo's milk and finally with the

cow's milk. After washing them with milk bury them in a barren place

where nothing grows. Do not bring back the digging tool.

[ 3 ] Every Sunday before sun rise feed stray dogs.

 

I hope these upaya will help you in both the problems you have

mentioned.
