[ 1 ] Every Monday , for 13 Mondays regularly, bathe a shiv ling with milk. After bathing the shivling wrap round it 7 times kalawa { red pooja thread also known as mouli} [ 2 ] Recite this mantra as often as possible every day : Swayambara Parvati Mantra " Aum hreem yogini yogini yogeswari yogeswari yoga bhayankari Sakala stavara jangamasya mukha hridayam mama vasamakarshaya akarshaya Swaha " .
