I am trying to follow everything told by you to the best of my ability. Few months ago my manager told me that I might get a mid term promotionm. I thought she will take care of the things at the right time. But when I didn't hear anything I talked to her, now she is just passing time by saying: its difficult, I will see, I will talk to the senior people etc. Is there anything different that you would suggest me to do, may be with the transit point of view?
