Dear Grover ji,

1st cusp lord and 6th cusplord are signfying 5th, 8th and other

negative houses so there are no chance of his/her winning the case.

Some connection/signficance to 11th indicate some facesaving or

coming out of turmoil in some way. But winning is out of question in

this chart , rather agony and misery are indicated.

I received the following replies:

From Inderjit Sahani ji

<RP = Ven, Jup, Jup, Ven, Ven è 2 Jup, 3 VenJup S(5,10,5-12,1) è 4 points to opponent, 1 to the nativeVen S(5,10,5-12,6-11)è 3 points to opponent, 3 to the native>All beneficial as ruling planets; without going into details , case of compromise or winning. This is only a snap shot prediction.

Reply from Anant Raiichur ji

The 6th s\l is Jup. He is in own sign own sub. He is in 11th. So The client will win the case.

Reply from Inder ji (I think Inder Vohra ji)

The ANSWER IS as follows:

The case has been ADJOURNED till 27th October 2005, 3 pm, Auckland and the native has been asked to bring the witness in the court.

NOW can anybody predict the REAL outcome?

The court has the witness's statement but the witness was not called to the court but now the native has the following choices:

call the witness to the court

witness can always refuse to come to the court? What then?

the native can request the court to give a judgement based on the available information as per today and not to go the next hearing

go to the court regardless of witness comes or not and try his luck

Can anybody see the OUTCOME?

Love

Dear Grower ji,

Venus is within 3 degree of 11th Cusp also lord of 6 and 11 in own sub is beficial. Ju is conjuct Ve and also Ke. The transit on 27th oct 2005 is also favouring the native. however star of Ve Ma is indicating 5-12. Which indicates that there would be a compromise benefitting both parties.

Reply from Anant Raiichur ji

The 6th s\l is Jup. He is in own sign own sub. He is in 11th. So The client will win the case.

Reply from Inder ji (I think Inder Vohra ji)

1st cusp lord and 6th cusplord are signfying 5th, 8th and other negative houses so there are no chance of his/her winning the case. Some connection/signficance to 11th indicate some facesaving or coming out of turmoil in some way. But winning is out of question in this chart , rather agony and misery are indicated.

Dear Mukesh,

Venus being close to 11th cusp but is in 10th house so may fail to

satisfy.

But the principle of KP is " SUB DECIDES " or in 4 step theory 4th

step has to be positive for positive results.

Here Venus is signfying Mars situated in 5th [negation of 6th] and

lord of 12th negation to lagna. So absolute failure.

Moreover, see sublord of ascendent--in the sub of Saturn whhich

again in own star is strong significator oF Saturn, and Saturn in

8th house is prolonged agony and misery to ascendent.

And for apponent, see the 7th cusp sublord Venus, signfying winning

houses to 7th cusp.

There appears no chance for querriest to gain any thing except Venus

easing some sitaution in some way.

Dear Guruji,

My perivoes boss as taken a legal action against me for not to work for his

clients or customers for 12 months. Which I think is a restriction of trade

practice.

I not quite sure, I enable to win the this case.

Regards

Nathan
