Guest guest
Dear Grover ji, 1st cusp lord and 6th cusplord are signfying 5th, 8th and other negative houses so there are no chance of his/her winning the case. Some connection/signficance to 11th indicate some facesaving or coming out of turmoil in some way. But winning is out of question in this chart , rather agony and misery are indicated. Guest guest
Dear Mukesh, Venus being close to 11th cusp but is in 10th house so may fail to satisfy. But the principle of KP is " SUB DECIDES " or in 4 step theory 4th step has to be positive for positive results. Here Venus is signfying Mars situated in 5th [negation of 6th] and lord of 12th negation to lagna. So absolute failure. Moreover, see sublord of ascendent--in the sub of Saturn whhich again in own star is strong significator oF Saturn, and Saturn in 8th house is prolonged agony and misery to ascendent. And for apponent, see the 7th cusp sublord Venus, signfying winning houses to 7th cusp. There appears no chance for querriest to gain any thing except Venus easing some sitaution in some way.
