Dear Aqua,

 

[ 1 ] Some Lal Kitabists insist that the janma kundali upaya should

be done every year. I believe if the Janma Kundali upaya are done

once, they need not be repeated. It is the Varsh phal upaya which

need to be done as per the planetary placements of that year.

[ 2 ] Kala namak in the SW will always be beneficial because the

Saturn is established in the 7th house, a house of its exaltation

and you need not disturb it.

[ 3 ] Yes, you have to find out the varsh phal upaya every year.

[ 4 ] Yes the kala namak upaya is compatible with all places for

saturn as keeping it in the SW is " establishing saturn " in its

exaltation position.
