I have resigned frm job and want to do something but nothing materialises. I want to do real estate but there is hurdle I want to do astrlogy and spiritual activities but somehow or other i am not able to do it. My birth date is 30th may 1963 at 09.57am in udupi district.Hope this suffices. Hoping to hear frm u soon at earliest. Go to the files { menu on the left} and read the rules of doing remedies before you do the upaya suggested by me. [ 1 ] Yes , real estate could be a very good option provided you do the following upaya : [ a ] Bury in a place where grass grows a little honey in an earthen pot, once. Do not bring back home the digging tool. [ b ] Wear a small square piece of silver in a silver chain. [ c ] Find a shiv temple where the shiv ling has a serpent either carved round the shiv ling or is used as an umbrella over the shivling. Bathe this shivling with milk every Saturday for 13 Saturdays regularly. During period if one saturday is missed can i count frm the next saturday or should it be done again frm begining. Also if i keep a square silver piece in purse is ok. At present he is doing a job but they make him slog i.e. frm morning till late in night but rewards are not much the employer is taking advantage as he is innocent type also. He did engineering but left after two years got good marks he would not listen to me at all. Ask him to do : [ A ] For job : [ 1 ] Immerse in a river/sea/lake 43 round pieces of copper, once. Throw the pieces one by one into the water. [ 2 ] Every Saturay pour a few drops of mustard oil onto the bare ground. [ 3 ] Offer at a Hanuman temple a copper lota filled with rice + a red flower + lal chandan. Paste the lota also red with the lal chandan before offering it at the temple. [ B ] For unfinished studies and peace of mind : [ 1 ] Bring home a little water from a well or a hand pump situated inside a Cremation ground or a cemetery in a brass container. The water collected from a municipal tap will not be acceptable for the upaya. Keep this container, with 4 small square pieces of silver immersed in the water, in the North East corner of your house. Keep the lid on so that the water doesn't evaporate fast. [ C ] Involved with an undesirable girl : [ 1 ] Throw a handful of Jau { barley } into a school compound every day for 6 days regularly. [ D ] Not listening to you: [ 1 ] You have to do this upaya and not your son. Throw into a cemetery , from out side of the boundary wall, a handful of black & white til { sesame seeds } for 4 days regularly. I hope these upaya will take care of the problems you have mentioned. Regarding pouring of mustard oil what quantity and has it to be continued forever? at what time? But again he will be out of Mumbai on work as they send him outstation for few days on work every now and then. what i would like to know frm u is that one day upays he will do but the one u mentioned for keeping cemetry water for one year for studies, he is planning on goind abroad for higher studies . If he starts the upay of keeping silver pieces in water regarding future replenishing the water can i fetch it frm cemetry and replenish the water on his behalf if he starts and goes away or should the person who is doing should do the whole thing and also if other upay done by him then can one upay be done by other person. Also i would like to know if he is taking up higher studies abroad will he be successful and complete his studies and will he get a part time job to sustain himself there? He is planning on going this year. He is in preliminary stages of finding out things. Also when we go to cemetry can i do my upay and if he is accompanying me (To take water frm cemetry)can he do his upay on the same day but we both go together is it ok ? Also regarding Hanuman temple should the temple be specifically for Hanuman as we got a temple nearby where all deities and Hanuman idol is also there. Also regarding copper coins on which day should he flow into running water? But it is always advisable that the person himself should do the upaya. [ 2 ] Yes, he will do well in higher studies in any subject. As for the financial assistance I wouldn't know. [ 3 ] Yes, both of you can go to a cemetery together and do your individual upaya the same day. [ 4 ] If a temple has a Hanuman idol, it is good enough. [ 5 ] He can immerse the coins on any day. [ 6 ] In case he doesn't get mustard oil abroad he can pour a few drops of liquor { sharab } onto the ground. He will be pouring just a few drops and this may not draw attention of the autrhorities.
