Dear Nikita,

 

The most opportune time for him to have found his soul mate was when

Jupiter was in transit at libra, his 7th house, and conjunct with

7th lord.

Now the next opportune time will be mer/moon/venus between June 2007

and September 2007. venus is his 7th lord. Both moon and venus are

placed in the 7th.

In his current varsh phal year venus is not well placed { 9th }

Therefore he should keep a little honey in a silver dibbi with 9

pieces of silver dipped in it, and also recite the stotra for Venus

as many times a day as he can.
