Dear Kapil,

 

[ 1 ] The change of place in your case, necessarily, did not mean going abroad.

Although there is a combination in your horoscope which suggests that some time

you might go abroad, but when , I wouldn't know.

 

[ 2 ] Change of place is signified by Ketu and not Shani. Even otherwise saturn

is in no way associated with the 7th,9th or the 12th.

 

[ 3 ] In the north Indian system it is the 10th house which

signifies father { 7th from the 4th }.
