Guest guest Posted December 3, 2006 Report Share Posted December 3, 2006 dear sir i am currently working in a HIGH END MANEGERIAL post in a MNC Of high repute.the problem which i am facing at my workplace is that my immediate boss is bent on creating problems for me. He is constantly on the way to give negative feedbacks about me with the result that my promotion has been withheld . he is bent on creating troubles for me.can you please tell whether i will have promotion in the 1st half of 2007. atleast suggest some upayas or remedies so that i can work in peace.
