Your actual time of birth, after war time correction, is 10-30 pm. Not many astrologers are aware of this war time correction when the clocks in India were advanced by one hour. Now coming to your horoscope : I am not surprised at the financial crunch you are going through because you are running the maha dasha of moon { your lord of wealth } which is placed in the 6th house. Therefore the loss you are going through could be mainly through competitors. I am suggesting a few upaya for your money problem and your efforts as a producer/director.
