Thanks a lot ,guruji.

Yesterday was the interview at a place called sitel

india,a b p o firm and the hr person this time found

my english to be extremely good and i made it in two

rounds, where as the otheres had to go through 4-5

rounds.

i was rated as the best candidate in my group.

now this opening is in hybd...which is not my native

place.my parents live in pune.my wife is from hybd.

i was givin the offer letter yestrerday itself thay

are offering me 15500.monthly take home where as the

others were offered 10+ since they were freshers .the

hr people were condsiderate enough to co0nsider 5 yrs

of my experience ...although not of a bpo ..but of

sales and marketing in cable and switchgears.

my native place and my parents place of stay as of now

is pune.

there are a lot of bpos in pune and a lot more coming

up in the near future. i had almost made it to the

wipro bpo in pune but did not accept cos of the shifts

etc.

sitel has its india office in mumbai.

may be they will have one in pune sometime...i dont

know.

1)should i take it up for experience sake and shift to

some bpo in pune sometime later.

*** V IMP ****

2)is my wife in any way astrologically enabled to

cause harm ...legal etc to my parents ,me, my

brother...as is the fear of my parents..or are their

fears baselezz..tahts the moot point.there lies the

crux in moving to pune ..now or even some time later.

Dear Chirag,

[ 1 ] Accept the offer. It could be a very good launching pad for

your future jobs.

[ 2 ] I wouldn't know whether your wife would be capable of harming

you or your parents. If she so wants, she could harm themlegally,

while staying in Hyderabad also. She doesn't have to be in Pune to

bring a legal case against either you or your parents.

Sincerely,

Priya

thanks a lott!! once again,i had was thinking o

exactly the same lines as far as your sugesstion no 2.

1)the people at my old place of work had called up in

the evening and one of my seniors there said that

since i was keen to stay in hybd for sometime.. he

would talk to th top management and convince them to

create a post for me with hybd as base station.

there is another interview with an

organisation..manufacturin and trading in electronic

components.they are license importers for some foreign

companies..lets see how things turn up.

the only dilemma was regarding changing industry

completely...ie..from sales and marketing to bpo..call

centres.

anyway thanks a lot ,

god bless you,

chirag
