I told you that I had an offer from other firm with a better salary. But I have talked to the owner of the " New Firm " and not satisfied with the offer as I am getting better facilities here where I am serving at present. You also asdvised me to think over it and then leave the job. Now I have made my mind not to leave this firm. But my increament is due. I have recently joined this Firm and my employer at the time of interview said that I will get increament after 3 months after seeing the performance etc. I am doing very well with my job and seniors. All are happy with my work. Three months have been passed. But my employers hestitating to finalise my inceament though they also appreciate my work etc. Now they have asked to my BOSS at Ludhiana and my Boss was asking me about the inceament.
