Remedy for selling property

I have read your saabut badam remedy for selling the property (43

badams to be taken to the temple and 43 to be immersed in river. Just

wanted to ask you that temple one should go in a fasting state to offer

the badams or one can go in the evening also.

 

Also, in case one is traveling, can badams be offered at the other

city's temple where one has gone or is it better to immerse rice in

milk for the break in the remedy.
