[ 2 ] Bury in a barren place where nothing grows 400gm Jau in an earthen pot. Do not bring back the digging tool. [ 3 ] Immerse in a river / lake 400 gm rewari once. [ 4 ] Offer a little chana dal at a temple for 7 days regularly. After a gap of a few days, repeat the upaya. [ 5 ] Flush down the toilet a flower each day for 43 days regularly. Upaya for the elder son for his 24th year : [ 1 ] Offer a handful of rice at a temple for 9 days regularly. [ 2 ] Bury in a place where grass grows 7 square pieces of copper. Do not bring back home the digging tool. [ 3 ] Immerse in a river / lake 900 gm jau, once. [ 4 ] Immerse 121 pieces of paneer in a river, once. The pieces should be immersed one by one. [ 5 ] Should keep with him some thing that the father had used. [ 6 ] Now and then feed curds to the birds. Regarding moon + mercury in the 8th, feeding rice to the birds will not be the right upaya. The two planets together form 'manda shani', therefore the upaya has to be for moon in the 8th : water from a cemetery and of 'manda shani'in the 8th : immerse 800gm sabut urad.
