[ 2 ] I have also studied his Varsh Phal for the current year. I do not find any `bandhan yog' in that either. [ 3 ] Yes, the antar dasha of mercury in the mahadasha of mercury { as 12th lord , bandhan karak} which started in June 2004 could have given him the problems, not so much because it is the 12th lord, but also because it is a planet causing `Pitri Rin' in the horoscope. This antar dasha will end on November 20, 2006 { lahiri}. Therefore he should not join before this date. He should join only after he has done the `Pitri Rin' upaya. PITRI RIN upaya : Two upaya to be done Count all the members of your extended family. Extended family includes the family of your uncles also. Married sisters and daughters are not to be counted in. Once you have got the count, get some token subscription from them to meet the expanses of the two upaya you have to do. In case some one refuses to give his share, you should put his share from your pocket. Of the money thus collected you have to do these two upaya. [ 1 ] Buy kaudis { small sea shells } which should be yellowish in colour equal to the number of members counted above. Burn these kaudis on kachcha koyala { wood charcoal } in an open earthen pot, at the bank of a river close to the water. When the kaudis turn to ashes, throw the ash into the river and later throw the pot also into the river. Make sure while you are burning the kaudis , no one should cross between the water and the place where the kaudis are being burnt. That means burn the Kaudis close to the water. [ 2 ] Gift in a temple some thing , like construction material, or some facility from the money collected from all the above members. If he joins his duty after the above upaya and after November 20, 2006, then I do not see any possibility of him getting into legal trouble again. The other two upaya he has to do are : [ 1 ] to strengthen his Sun { rajya adhikar}. Therefore he should offer water to the Sun God { arghya } every day. Add a little milk and sugar to the water before offering. [ 2 ] Establish at home a ghara filled with water { jal kumbh }. Whenever he goes out for any important work he should add a little water to this ghara. This is my personal emotions towards himself because after all by 6th November 2006 I have to give my advise to him otherwise he is feeling very depressed and I am really very worried about him. He is one of my best friends and no financial dealings have ever took place among us. So please, being a good astrologer and my professional colleague, kindly guide me and my friend whether there are any chances of his being imprisoned/legal problems.
