Dear Priya,

The 6th house is the house opposite to midheaven ,right?If I remember

correctly, it s the house of enemies and health and my Jupiter is also

there. Too many planets in the house, right?Sun ,mercury and jupiter.

What would the overall effect of having three out of nine planets in

this house spiritually,concerning karma etc?Is there any way to " move "

a planet from a house to another?

Dear Dennis,

 

[ 1 ] Yes,the 6th house apart from being the 'depth of darkness',

represents enemies,sickness,courts etc.

 

[ 2 ] You do not have Jupiter in the 6th house. You have Sun, merc,

and venus in the 6th house.

 

[ 3 ] Of these three planets only the Sun will be considered as

giving the results of being in this house. Where as the mercury and

venus both have moved to the 'sandhi' { no man's land'} between the

6th house and the 7th house. Therefore both these planets could give

the effect of being in the 7th and the 6th house.

 

[ 4 ] It is the sun and the venus who might need a remedy. Mercury

would be considered as exalted in the 6th house. Venus would be

considered as debilitated. Where as Sun would be considered as to

have lost its lustre.

 

[ 5 ] The remedy suggested for the Sun is to keep a coin which has

already been gifted by some one else at a temple. And for the Venus

it is to feed Juar { millets } to the birds on the roof.

 

[ 6 ] The planets can be moved, that to temporarily, to the 12th

house only and no where else. It will not be worth moving them to

the 12th house any way.

Dear Priya,

About the Sun remedy:What specifically should the coin be?Any coin

will do?Is it neccesary that the coin is offered at a worship ceremony

(puja) by someone else?Or will it be ok if I offer the coin when I

offer Puja?

About Venus upaya:you have suggested some other Venus remedies as well

(venus bija mantra, feeding with green leaves the cws, offering curds

to the Gods ). Should I do all of them ?

General question: When doing an upaya I should say in my mind,e.g.,

" I do this as an upaya to appease/strenghten Jupiter " or " I do this as

an upaya to have better health " ?
