I am reeling under peer,society and wife pressure and a bit of inferiority complex or may be ambition. Recently, I had told you that I can't afford to touch anything related to buying property for quite some time. I am living a decent life and there has been some good growth professionally mostly in the past 1-2 yrs. When I had started corresponding with you, I was not in a very good shape but now, my earning is quite decent. Thanks for your blessings. I was given the opinion by friends and others that I should use this growth and try to make use of the salary to increase the earnings.The general opinion is that the salary I am getting is good enough to buy some property.(ofcourse to get the loans) I am a big scary poos who has grown under the protection of my parents. My dad is not a person who has taken risks in life and the same has rubbed on me. My Software field is very dynamic and harsh and depends highly on Market conditions. Above are the practical aspects positive and negative which I am aware of. 1. Can I invest in property? One of my good friends is suggesting a strategy to do the same. A. Like building some apartment and then selling it off. My contribution will be humble . B.Buying some land together and keep it as an asset. C.Buy land/house/building individually and keep it 2.Speculations in stocks and shares is ruled out for me. Hence I hardly ever did it. Thanks for your timely advice in this matter. 3.I am not from a business family and hence not mentally prepared now for the businesses which has been suggested for me. 4. With Mercury in 6th, I am destined to be a self made man right? I am a hard worker. I never want to depend on anyone including my father or father-in-law for any wealth or property.In the sense I don't want to love them for what they have or give to me. I want to be a rich man by dint of my hard work only. Will it be possible? Will the planets allow me to be rich? 5.Will I ever own a house? 6.I avoided buying a site from a relative since he doesn't have kids. I had read somewhere that for some planetary configuration, the native should not buy land from a childless couple. Hence, also please let me know if you have any advice considering that we are also planning for a child.
