Dear Priyaa,

 

'slightly' is a comparative term. In the traditional astrology if

mars has any thing to do with the 7th or the 8th house either

through placement or aspect it is called a mangal dosh. There are

quite a few 'parihars' which nullify this dosh.

 

Traditionally Mars placed in the 7th and the 8th house is considered

as very bad, the next would be the aspect on these houses. I

personally consider aspect as ' slightly' mangalik.

 

Yes the 2nd house mars is also considered as resulting in mangal

dosh because it aspects the 8th house.

yes, You are right..the aspect of mangal from 2nd house on the

mangalya sthan will definitely have its effect.
