My very dear Le,

[ 1 ] Just follow your family tradition for Deepavali pooja. Nothing

extra to be done. If you like you could recite the beej mantra for

Venus during the Diwali night. Although I do not know much about the

mantras , but it is believed that reciting a mantra on that night

makes it 'siddha'.

[ 3 ] Yes, if you like.

[ 4 ] Try burying it at a time when no body is around. Take the

curds in a very small container so that it doesn't take you long

burying it.

[ 5 ] Sure, you can do the upaya of almonds on that day. Just leave

the almonds any where within the boundary, where ever it is

convenient for you.

Lots of affection,

Bhooshan Priya
