[ 2 ] Keep in your room, towards the North East, a little rain water with a small square piece of silver immersed in the water. [ 3 ] Get a little saunf { ani seed } tied in a thaili of red cloth. While going to bed for the night keep this thaili under your pillow. Keep using the same thaili every day. I hope these upaya will help you get over these mood swings.
