Guest guest Posted October 8, 2006 Report Share Posted October 8, 2006 Dear Priya, Thanks for the explanation.Please,clarify the following: a)Distance between 2 upayas.Can you ,please, explain with we should leave a few days before we begin another upaya?Is it true that the more days we leave the better it is?What happens if we do not leave many days and we start another upaya the next day or after a couple of days? b)If I do not put saffron tilak on a day, the next day that I will put it on again will it be the same as starting another upaya ,so I should leave a few days according to the above rule? c)Offering yoghurt for Venus.You say I should offer it as often as I can.Is it better to offer ,say, 500 g once a week or a spoon of yoghurt every day?The rule above should be observed only the first time I offer yoghurt or every time I offer it counts as a new upaaya and should be done a few days after the last one? d)I understood from what you said in anotherpost that stotra can also, be an upaya if we want it to be so.What is the difference in effect between simply reciting the verses and reciting them after doing the mental vow that we are doing it as an upaya?Is it possible to recite the stotra as an upaya without consulting an astrologer first?
