[ 2 ] Once again, it is not true that the house could be in the name of your wife. If you buy a house in her name or if she constructs a house you will face the worst financial crisis ever. [ 3 ] There is absolutely no bar on your owning a house. The only condition is that if you get a house constructed you should not stop the costruction till it is completed. Or if you buy it on installments, you should not with hold any installment. Only one thing is that, the main entrance (main door) faces towards south and kithchen faces towards north. Shall I go further discussion (for purchasing) with the owner. Please suggest.
