In Some books based on Lalkitab , there are written that if the saturn is in 10 th house then one must not build or purchase his own house before getting 48 years old where as some says that he must build or puchase his own house before getting this age.

 

Kindly clearify the same .

Dear Mohit ji,

 

The book says, " agar 48 saal ki umra tak makaan na bana paye to

shani teve wale ko makaan ki keemat tatha saaman ke barabar dhan-

daulat deta jaye / aur jab makan ban jaye to shani apani madad ka

boria bistar gol kar jaye / us din se aage aur adhik labh na dega /ye

arth nahi ki bura asar dene lagega / arth kewal yeh hai ki us din ke

baad , yani jab makaan ban jaye , shani makaan banane ke liye faltoo

dhan jama na hone dega " { Arun sanhita Page 218 }

 

There you are. Now you know what the book says.
