beginners needs clarification 26-5-5

Being beginner I need some clarification on the explanations given in lal kitab astrology book by M C mahajan sagar pub.

 

1. Benefic / Malefic Planets

 

a) When ever planet is in his pucca ghar or own raasi or in friends raasi - but at the same time say for jupiter it is given benefic in houses 1 to 5 etc etc . - Does it mean that even if jupiter is in enemy raasi but in house 3 he is benefic ?

 

b) For same planet in some houses it is said it will give raasi effect - what is this raasi effect. ?

 

c) Drishti - How to evaluate which drishti is good or bad saturn , rahu & ketu is always bad and other planets always good or what technique is to be applied.
