In fact when moon is with rahu, the malefic affect is more worse. If sun and moon both are there, then the malefic affect is in dangerous proportions. By the way, could you tell what is the basis for your thinking that there is no kaal sarp yog? Other senior gurus may throw more light on this. In LK, there is nothing like kal sarp yog. It can be rectified by performing kal sarp (Nag) pooja at Tryambkeshwar (Nashik-Maharashtra) or anywhere at any Jyotirling or Shiv Temple provided such knowledgeble pandit/shastri is available for such specialised pooja. And also,,,, if the lagana goes otherside of the linewhere there is no planet then it is yoga bhang and then it is not the KSY. Sage Prashar never mentioned this yoga and only 100-200 years back this was highlighted. MAY I TELL YOU THAT GEORGE BUSH AND SACHIN TENDULAKAR HAVE KSY IN THEIR KUNDLIS. SO???????
