REMEDIES OF SUN : There are no stock remedies

Dear Nishant ji,

There is no such thing as stock remedies in the Lal Kitab , for any

planet. It is the road side cheap books on Lal Kitab that prescribe

such a list of remedies , which are not only misleading but could be

potentially dangerous too. Remedies are suggested not by looking at

one particular planet , instead by looking at the planetary

configuration.

Just to give you an example , let me discuss your remedies for sun.

Lets take up the remedies for manda sun in the first house.

You had suggested that one should not make love during the day. Why ?

And under what planetary configuration?

Making love during the day is prohibited only if Venus is in the 7th

house along with the Sun in the 1st. This is to avoid bringing venus

{ the act of making love } and the sun together. Venus is

considered a flower which will whither away in the heat of the Sun.

As a consequence the wife will suffer.

You have said that the native should read Harivansha Puran ? Again

why ? and under what planetary configuration?

Harivansha puran is read to beget a son. The LK says that if Mars

is placed in the 5th house while the sun is in the first " larke par

larka mare " [ ref : same as above] Therefore reading harvansh puran

could be suggested only if Mars is in the 5th house along with sun in

the 1st. .

And so on…….

I could go on pointing out the inadequacy of such stock remedies

given by you. Therefore please refrain from giving them.

It will be great if you could spare a few minutes and post an article on the "basis of deciding remedies". It will be a great favour of yours to all of us.
