First you cannot purchase a house before 48 years and that too can be purchased in son's name not yours'. or if you do'nt have son than take loan from bank and buy it. Direction should be east facing not south facing.

You do'nt go for kanyadaan after midnight and do'nt attend weddings on friday.

Also do'nt purchase a house on saturday.Also multiple marriage can occur for U.

Your mother health looks deterioting day by day . but do'nt worry you can remove maelfic effect and for her speedy recovery do the follwing ..

 

Remedies(1) Offer milk in Bhairo Mandir and donate milk to others liberally.(2) Ensure that the grandmother does not see her grandson.(3) Heat up a piece of gold in fire and put it in a glass of milk before drinking it.(4) Throw 125 pieces of sweet (Peda) in a river.
