My freinds wife has been having a problem with her mother and

sisters after the death of her father. Though her father left a old

will where he has named her as a hier her mother refuses to part

with her share of the estate. It is no almos 2.5 years. Also she is

looking for people who may have information to a new will and assets.

Please advice remedies for my freinds wife to get her share and for

people to come forward with information.

Her details are DOB 5 Feb 1970 , Time 14:50 , place Mumbai India

Mr. Godhwani:

Let ur friends wife know that as long as her mother is alive that

property belongs to her and not to any daughter or son. I smell foul

in this story and would not like to comment on it astrologically. But

even if you go by school of ethics there is no need for ur friend's

wife to show hurry till her mother is still alive. Let ur friends wife

know that if she is destined to inherit it she will.....but if she is

greedy about it she will have to repay everything in this world.

Om Namah Shivaya

Dear Mr Bharat

My freinds father in law has a left a will in which he has clearly

mentioned that his daughter to get a certain share. The mother who

has been mentioned as the executrix is abusing her position and

refusing to distribute out of her greed. Foul play has been

initiated by the mother and other relatives where they have bought

out an old will and surpressed the new will. I hope this clears your

misconception
