Connection between LalKitab and Arabic texts

The source of this information is an article by a research scholar

named M.N.KALIA. I have an old photocopy of one page of his articles.

It has a cartoon by RAMAN. Since Raman used to draw cartoons for

leading dailies, i presume it was published in some magazine of repute

or some paper like times of india. The author has a connection with my

home city Chandigarh. i don't know either about the date of

publication but it could be around 5th or 6th month of 1997.
