It is the Navanshesh of the 10th lord Jupiter. Therefore any bad placement of this planet will always create problems in the job. Last year , when you have said the job problem arose , it was in the 3rd house of your varsh phal , not a beneficial place for mercury to be in. In this years varsh phal it is in the 1st house along with sun and Saturn. Since sun here is considered as exalted therefore you should look for any ` dimaagi job' , a job where mind is needed more than skill – ` hunar'. This would mean any teaching job , advisory job , consultancy job etc. Jupiter would help you here because it is extremely well placed both in your janma kundali as well as in your this year's varsh phal kundali. The upaya you have to do once every year : [ 1 ] Feed pigeons / birds sabut moong for 43 days regularly. Soak the moong in water the night before. [ 2 ] Take three green broad leaves , like the money plant leaves , wash them with milk and throw them into running water. To be done just once. [ 3 ] Gift at any temple a pomegranate – anaar fruit - each day for five days regularly, Precautions : [ a ] Avoid living in a house that faces south. [ b ] Do not have any plants in the house which have broad leaves like the money plant etc. Upaya for this birth year based on your this year's varsh phal : [ 1 ] Keep in your room approx 1200gm of rain water in a glass container with 4 small square pieces of silver immersed in it. [ 2 ] Bury a little surma in a lonely place. In case it is difficult to find surma there, bury coal { patthar ka koyala } covered under a black marble piece. [ 3 ] Keep a small silver toy elephant with you. You might get it in the form of key chain etc from a store selling Indian artifacts. [ 4 ] Offer at any temple a black & white blanket. AND for job : Offer at noon to Sun an Arghya of water mixed with a little milk and sugar along with a red flower for 43 days regularly. As regards which gemstones to wear and which Mantra to recite , I am not familiar with that aspect of astrology.
