Fellow Lalkitabists,

I don't know whether it was for good or bad, right or wrong. But all

matters have been sorted out and I can assure you that you will find

forum a better learning place. Yesterday, I discussed with many

members and more than happy to say that everybody is willing to

contribute. I also found myself most fortunate seeing so much love and

confidence from members. I also found that few of the points raised by

me were just due to miscommunication and misinterpretation. Probably

some part has also been played by my ego and now I back out of it. Let

us forget it and take the Lal Kitab learning towards the positive

directions.

During the past we are receiving some very good suggestions. We have

decided to implement them in step-by-step manner. Following three

suggestions are on the top of the implementation list -

1. Formation of Core Group (Expert Panel)

2. Online Conference using Group Chat

3. Forum Constitution

Following are also under consideration on which we will seek your opinion soon.

1. Moderation of Mails

2. Fake Identities

3. Paid consultancy

4. Discussion on Lal Kitab Grammar

5. ….. and many more thing that we will discuss soon

I will also write another mail for inviting experts on Expert Panel.

Please let me know who all want to contribute to the Expert Panel.

I'll write a mail soon regarding the formation of expert panel. And

Kulbir ji, let me assure you that no procrastination this time :-)

Let us start decoding Lal Kitab……..

Regards,

Punit Pandey

Nandkishore ji,

The people who were part of the controversy. I believe that taking

anyone's name would not be a good idea. But the process doesn't stop

there and I am willing to extend to as many members as possible.

Everyone's suggestions are invited so that we can form a todo list of

the tasks that we have to implement in upcoming time.

As always, I request members to write directly to my personal id in

order to avoid controversy.

Regards,

Punit Pandey

Your inactivity is rather surprising to say the least, moreso after

the discussion we had.

NandKishore Rawal has set a new low for the group. He has resorted to

profanity. It will be interesting to know what you propose to do about

it. I for one am asking you to KICK him out as it is incumbent upon

you to ENFORCE DISCIPLINE.

1. Literacy - First test of that is, being able to write properly. You

have failed that time and again. So you dont have any locus standii

to talk about it. No matter what your cheerleaders say. Mind you I am

merely talking literacy and not education. I wonder though if you know

the difference between the two.

2. So called Experts? I speak for myself. I have stated time and again

I am as yet at the stage of laying the foundation of the knowledge

enshrined in the book. So has Kulbir(even though his knowledge is of

the subject is very advanced). Publicly acknowledged fact is there are

only a few experts here and their names dont need to be repeated. When

you talk crap like orgies and such nonsense you need to be put in your

place. Do it again and I will show you what it meeans to be publicly

humiliated by a PUNJABI.

3. Punjabis are illiterate and discourage participation of others?

This knowledge is the gift of a great punjabi to humanity. The

experts here barring one i.e. Shukla ji are all Punjabis. Kulbir is a

punjabi and so am I. We are great friends with Pervez a non-punjabi.

We look forward to his musings. We dont need your bloody certificate.

Now you. You are a pathetic apology for a human being and much as I

would like to show you your place, I find you beneath my contempt. So

I will just ignore you.

PITY is the moderator is not taking a stand . I would like to remind

him we all look upto him to do what is needed even though it is

sometimes unpleasent. That also means if need be removing me as well

from the group.
