Dear Respectable & Honourable Members,

1] Firstly, I request all members to respect each

other even if somebody commits mistake. One gets

respect if he/she gives respect. Please maintain

decorum and prestige of the great group. Please do

not

allow your SUN (surya/ravi) to act in this forum

(If I

am wrong, please somebody may correct it). Please

restrain from passing derogatory remarks on others

for

any reason. Here all members are respectable and

honourable. As far as spellings are concerned in

true

sense, then in internet comunication language,

short

forms are being used, sense is important and not

its

spellings.

2] Secondly, as far as 'seminar' is concerned, if

somebody works then mistakes do take place.

Mistakes

indicate that the person is working and not

passive.

So forget mistakes, learn from history/past,

improve

next event whenever it takes place. I propose that

we

shall celebrate Anniversary every year in the form

of

seminar/workshop and a sub-committee be formed 3

months or 1 year in advance for each year to

manage

the entire event. I propose to have a picnic once

in a

year. I feel personally that in this way, we may

be

able to bring more cohesiveness among members.

3] Thirdly, as far as training is concerned - Guru

bi

gyan kahan - then first we should learn respecting

Guru. Even if 'Guru' is not gentle - i.e. may be

harsh

/ abusive - Shishya has to respect him like army

orders. We should remember that Eklavya had given

his

thumb to his Guru on demand as Gurudakshina,

Lakshaman

& Ram had to stand on foot side of Ravana to

take

Gyan, then in this forum if Guru didnot interact

properly with novice, then such things can always

be

ignored and not taken note of, Shishya should be

concerned with Gyan only and not with its

attachments.

Shishya has to learn that he should pick up good

things and knowledge from Gurus and drop bad

things.

Here all seniors are Gurus and all juniors are

Shishya. So all juniors of this group are learning

by

e-mail interaction method from Gurus.

4] Lastly, we should forget bad past and try to

see

the golden future.
