Guest guest
Dear Pervezji, Dear Pervezji, I have just joined this group,as I was quite intrigued by the claims of the " accuracy of Lal Kitab,as claimed by many, but with the rider that a correct interpretation alone is accurate ? " I suggest you help me understand this unique system...is it like the Bhrigu Samhita, all predictions written down in advance ? Why are different interpretations possible ? Is it written in some kind of " riddles " or " parables " or is some secret key is required to " unlock " its secrets ? Exactly how accurate is it, really ? Or,is it just plain guess-work that fits some and not others, like the notorious " nadis " of South-India...which tell the past fairly accurately, but are very far from the truth as far as the future is concerned...! I understand that the Bhrigu Samhita is also reputed to be quite accurate, have you had any experience of this Samhita,I understand there are some " specialists in this field " in Delhi...and Karnal etc... I am keen to know, please,I have experinced the " inaccuracy " of the nadis of the South, and have met an astrologer friend from Lucknow who also knows someone in LKW who reads from the " Bhrigu Nadi " but only the past seems to be somewhat true, but the future is all doubtful and is mostly wrong...! With best wishes, Yours sincerely, lyrastro1 > Dear members, > > Following are few starting points proposals, . to be > finalized after > discussion, in this forum. Guest guest
Ref your observation " atleast it can save some soul of book but in english it wil be like eating peiza with daal " One of the seniormost members of this group is Rajinder Bhatia ji.Probably one of the very few here if not the only one to have been personally blessed by Late Pt. Roop Chand ji. In his words the translation by G & V is an honest effort in translating . My only complaint to the author who I know personally is, that he denied us the benefit of his knowledge of the Lal Kitab by focussing only on the translation aspect and not giving explanations. I can assure you that when the next edition is available you will not only like the combo pizza and daal but it will taste even better much like the lassi they make in Punjab in washing machines. If you want to use the hindi translation go and buy the Arun Samhita Lal Kitaab by Hare Krishna Trust. Just costs 500 odd bucks. Guest guest
What Rakesh Sehgal writes is the right way forward. Soul is in the teaching … not in language. English is the way forward … and with successful completion of this course … many language problems shall be sorted out. Members have raised points of Delhi not being suitable, … course duration to be of 2 weeks etc. All these are sensible suggestions and should be considered. These issues can be resolved by offering correspondence/online courses, …. offering 2 track face to face interactive course : i.e. both 2 weeks course (for those who wish to compress over a shorter time) and … an extended leisurely paced 6 months course (for those who cannot afford to commit so much of time in one block). As the success of this course depends on the faculty members/teachers … it is requested that they please come forward with their expectations and limitations. After all, … the course material is to be prepared … and who better than our established Lal Kitab experts joining hands for this noble cause. Members please send in your views and suggestions to this forum and your intent of participation … if it is there … with your expectations and possible limitations. bye Sheikh Pervez Hameed rakeshsahgal [rakeshsahgal] 10 October 2004 14:25 lalkitab [lalkitab] Re: Lal Kitab course - Starting Points proposals Ref your observation " atleast it can save some soul of book but in english it wil be like eating peiza with daal " One of the seniormost members of this group is Rajinder Bhatia ji.Probably one of the very few here if not the only one to have been personally blessed by Late Pt. Guest guest
Dear Mr. Rao, Welcome to this forum. Dear members, Mr. Rao is an accomplished KP astrologer. To know more about Lal Kitab please visit http://www.originallalkitab.com/ . It is fairly informative about Lal Kitab. In a way it is fairly similar to KP as emphasis is on the significator but methods of identifying the malefic and benefic nature is through questions. Focus of Lal Kitab is to balance the horoscope … through simple remedies … so all natives can enjoy a balanced life as in their destiny. Lal Kitab believes that horoscopes of a person … when born are not fully activated … various events in a person life’s activates either a planet or a house and then the horoscopes deliver its fruits. For example: Generally marriage activates either the luck or ill-luck of the native. Like wise father’s death or a child birth activates something or another. Lal Kitab tenets help in identifying the sleeping planets or houses and through simple remedies … tries to activate these. These remedies … initially look illogical and of tantric in nature … which they are not … and once understood … are delight in their simplicity. Lal Kitab is in Urdu written in Punjab so carries a lot of Punjabi words along with Persian and Pashto. To quote an accomplished member of this group … Mr. Yograj Prabhakar … Lal Kitab is a “way of life” and this is what makes it distinct from other branches of astrology. Interestingly, … both KP and Lal Kitab came into existence when limitations of accurate diagnosis by Vedic by most was realized. Lal Kitab is revolutionary as it does not take ascendant or cusp or nakshatra in consideration … it is simple and straight forward … to the point … and written both in poetry and prose … quite often obtuse to most persons. Please do visit the website for more comprehensive information on Lal Kitab, its origins and about its author. Accuracy: It is fairly accurate … and as you shall follow the mail in this forum … it shall become to you clearer how the method works. As in all branches of astrology … 100% accuracy is impossible … bye Sheikh Pervez Hameed Yogesh Rao Lajmi [lyrastro1] 10 October 2004 13:37 lalkitab Re: [lalkitab] Lal Kitab course - Starting Points proposals Dear Pervezji, Dear Pervezji, I have just joined this group,as I was quite intrigued by the claims of the " accuracy of Lal Kitab,as claimed by many, but with the rider that a correct interpretation alone is accurate ? Guest guest
Vivek, You have highlighted the problem faced by many of us. As a way out we are studying the modus operandi adopted by K.S.Krishnamurthy to teach Krishnamurthi Padhiti all over India. We have also received offers from already well established vedic astrology institutions to use their offices. As there is more demand outside the net we are thinking upon some pattern that makes widest exposure possible without burning a hole in the pocket of the students. As it is a charitable job and we want to keep fees as barely minimum to meet the expenses of printing and postage etc. Kindly send your suggestions in this regard. As far as personal contact programme is concerned there is a proposal of a meeting once a month on rotational basis in different cities. Guest guest
I will most definitely join the course - but only if it is on the net. Working people will not be able to take leave on Saturday - and if it is in Delhi, people from out of town like me will not be able to attend. Ritu P.S. : I think a copy of the Lal Kitab (translated) being included in the course is a good suggestion. lalkitab , " Sheikh Pervez Hameed " <pervez@s...> wrote: > What Rakesh Sehgal writes is the right way forward.
