Guest guest
DEAR GURUJANS AND LEARNED MEMBERS OF THE GROUP YOU MAY FIND IT INTRESTING. SATURN – THE PLANET OF DETACHMENT===================================Our minds are mostly beset with various norms and restrictions where spirituality is concerned. Each person makes his or her own interpretations of do’s and don’ts as handed down to them either by parentage or other prevailing influences. Some come from very austere backgrounds which poses restrictions rather than anything else. Restrictions have their own benefits but it is important that there is scope for enlightenment in restrictions. That scope is often detachment and is a difficult proposition for any ordinary human being.Life is all about balance of the creative energies. The planets play a great role in bringing the scale onto level grounds and maintain the same. Astrology opens the book that teaches us how to read and conclude about our astral signatures. The two sides of the scale are attachment versus detachment. One is thrown into a life of sorrow and dissatisfaction if there is excessive attachment. We have to primarily realize that ultimately we have to leave every familiar and unfamiliar object behind as we die. Though it is a very difficult thing to accept but this is the great truth which every person knows. If this is a truth each one is aware of, where is the fear of Saturn? The fear of Saturn comes because, we all know that a sense of detachment will naturally come, but Saturn can force it all of a sudden. This is a general idea but one has to consider that karma also does not wait for a ‘is this a goodtime for detachment’ answer; it has its own clock, the hands of which are not within our line of vision. So again the question comes where is the fear of Saturn? The fear of Saturn is perhaps FEAR itself. There happens to be many fears in our lives. The greatest of them is the fear of death. When we say that there is negative energy at play in our life, there is always the fear of loss that makes our mortal existence besieged with virtual thorns. Detachment is also a form of reaching a stage where mind is without any kind of fear. There are two ways to this platform. One can rise above the status of belonging to someone or something belonging to, alternately; enjoy such strength in the powers above that no fear ever touches the soul. Both are equally difficult to achieve. The two are very significantly symbolic of Saturn’s and Jupiter’s ways of helping us overcome our greatest of fears.Saturn would gladly have us is a state that says, ‘you have no belonging, hence there is no fear of loss’. Jupiter would have us attach ourselves to God with such devotion and feel complete attachment, which never doubt the strength of protection. So, once we understand what the two planets signify and how they help us in their own way, we can actually gain more by our effort. REGARDS.
