Sorry, for pocking my nose in, but have a solution for feeding ten blinds. In all andh vidyalaya management, do not allow feeding for particular number. Better native should search a friend of course not a relative to feed rest of the numbers whereas he should feed 10 blinds on one table (one for accuracy of 10) Lunch with sweets is a better deal. In this case, you have to manage the amount and should pay exactly for ten blinds. We have done here in a blind institution and it worked.
