Rakesh ji,

you are absolutely right. Both are same this is only language

difference. In hindi we say Rashi Phal & in Enlish Sign Effect

as above Griha Phal called Planet Effect.

Regarding Pucca Ghar it is a very important term in Lal-kitab Padhati.
