Guest guest
bhuwan ji, i fully agree with, it would be really good for this group if we concentrate on analysing horoscopes as per a lakitab. however i would like to make a suggetsion. let's take one horoscope at a time and discuss it fully applying all the applicable principles of lalkitab. in fact let's discuss the horoscopes of all the 316 members one by one. let's do one case study in detail, it will set the guidelines for further analysis and we can then proceed to the next one. let's discuss one male horoscope and one female horoscope in the beggining. it will only be possible if all the learned members partcipate. if you have any other path in your mind let's go by it. regards kulbir
Guest guest
Shri Kulbir Singh Jee, and other respected gurjan, Analyse horoscopes? for what ? If you want to analyse horoscopes to predict future events then it will amount to ' band mutthi ke raz kholana jo prakrit ke khilaf hoga.' I think the best place to do such analysis would be traditional astrology groups. There is only ONE objective of the Lal Kitab mentioned in two forms in the opening paragraph of the book. and I quote from the book 1952 ed. ( 1 ). " kismat ke maidan mein, agar kahin paani ki naali peechhe se bhari arahi ho,aur uske raste mein koi eent patthar gir kar uski rawangi ko rok raha ho to majmoon ki madad se us kankar patthar ko door kar ke paani ki chal ko durust karne ki bamouka koshish ki ja sakti hai magar pani ki miqdar ya kismat ke maidan mein koi kami- beshi nahi ki ja sakti " ( 2 ) " han itna zaroor hai ki yeh mazmoon baaz auqat apni barkat se kisi prani par hamla karne wale zalim sher ke samne aisi gaibi deewar khari kar dega jis se woh sher uska kuchh bigar na sake..... " Now, where do you find a place for any horoscope analysis here? The objective of the book has been clearly laid down. It is to suggest Upaya for those in trouble. Any way, I am still a student of Lal Kitab, and i am not authorise to suggest upaya even. I am learning with my guru aadarneeya Pt. Net Ram jee, and also learn from respected Upadhyay jee and Lal Kitabee jee. Therefore, I am against any future prediction based on Lal Kitab. Yes , if you have to analyse for future prediction then Vedic astrology will be right choice. with respect to all the gurujan bhuwan lalkitab , " Kulbir Singh Bains " <ceetabains> wrote: > bhuwan ji, > i fully agree with, it would be really good for this group if we > concentrate on analysing horoscopes as per a lakitab. however i would > like to make a suggetsion. > let's take one horoscope at a time and discuss it fully applying all > the applicable principles of lalkitab. in fact let's discuss the > horoscopes of all the 316 members one by one. > let's do one case study in detail, it will set the guidelines for > further analysis and we can then proceed to the next one. > let's discuss one male horoscope and one female horoscope in the > beggining. > it will only be possible if all the learned members partcipate. > if you have any other path in your mind let's go by it. > regards > kulbir

Guest guest
Vashishtha ji, I would like to submit with all humility that maybe Kulbir is suggesting this for the benefit of the people who are in my position i.e. interested in learning the subject and are currently muddling through it. Insofar as the wishes/advices of Late Pt Rup Chand ji are concerned as to the purposes to which this text should be used for, I am sure everyone will agree with you that we should not only abide by the letter but also the spirit of his writings. I am sure you are aware of the chinese saying " Give a man a fish he will eat for a day, Teach a man to fish he will eat for life " . It is in the spirit of this saying, that I had initially floated an idea of analysing any tewa for the purposes of the education of those willing to learn the subject. But if my memory serves me right, I was told about the hazards of self-medication.I let that piece of nonsense pass simply because I am not here to get into confrontations, arguements. I am here to acquire knowledge. Therefore for the benfit of people like me I will once again request you to consider Kulbir's suggestion in the light of the submission I am making today. If however you feel this is not the right approach to be adopted, valued suggestions from learned members like you shall help neophytes like me take the correct path and further our learning process. I hope that in addition to helping those who come to you for resolution of their problems, you and other learned members of the group will also try to share some of your knowledge with people like me.
