First of all Mr.Kulbir arise the question that how to know about

starting planet of 35 sala chakkar?

In this regard i quote the LK addition 1945 page no.95,

Har ek shakhsh ki kismat ka aarambh uske janam samay ke grah ke

shuru hone se mana jata hai. Janam samay ka grah sabse pahle darjye

par shuru hone vala ginenge-uske baad kram se baki grahon ko

likhegen.

So, 35 sala chakkar starts with Janam Samay ke Grah.

I am sorry that i have not much good knowledge of

English so i am not able to express my views in widly.
