career problem : kindly suggest the way out

Respected Group Members and Guruz,I am an engineer by profession . A few months ago I applied againstan opening in one of the best companies of India. Naturaly this postis of the most importance for me. But till date I have not recievedany response from them. I have checked up with them a no. of times .No response . I am a bit worried at this time.Can you predict a change in job in near future : if yes , pleaseguide me how to remove the hurdel ( if any) .
