Dear Arun ji,

[ 1 ] It would be advisable if you complete the sun upaya first and

then ask your parents to do the shani daan.

[ 2 ] I am afraid there is no alternative to the ivory object.

Nothing like the seal you talked about . Or you might ask your

parents if they could find one for you in India.

Its so nice of you to offer hospitality in Japan. I was there in

summer 1977 for two months . I was in Tokyo , Kyoto and Nara , loved

my stay but for the fact that I went hungry for most of the time {

lol }

sincerely,

Dear Upadhyay Ji,

By the same example won't keeping something made of Ivory and

deerskin forever and doing shani Daan on every Saturday forever make

these three upay clash?

Yesterday, I managed to buy an authentic piece of art made of legal

ivory. The shop was also selling items made of deerskin but I wanted

to confirm with you before buying it.

BTW, if you bless us with your visit I can promise that you will get

good home cooked food in Tokyo :-)

Regards,

Arun

Dear arun ji,

No they will not clash now. Yes if you had brought the ivory object

and the deer skin together on the same day , the upaya would have

clashed. Now they are two different upaya done on two different

days. You can now go and buy the deer skin item and keep it at home.

I see a gods plan in it which held you from buying the deer skin and

bringing it home the same day , it is a good omen. Any way the Shani

daan would be done by your parents back home and it wouldn't be

clashing with what ever you do.

thanks once again for the hospitality offer.

sincerely,
