Dear Shri Suresh Upadyay Jee,

 

Namaskar.

 

I got the book ‘Lal Kitab Astrology background’, from

Shilalekh publication. Because their phone number was

changed, it took some time for me to get the

publisher. Their new number is 203320648, Delhi.

 

Even though I am not sure that this is the translated

version of the book Lal Kitab jyotish Prishtbhoomi and

Vyakhya, as prescribed, I am reading it faithfully.

 

Regarding the upayas as suggested by you, is it

permissible and advisable to collect and store rain

water (fore few days, before keeping it on the roof

top) while carrying out the other upaya bringing the

blessed almonds from the temple for 8 days? Because

getting rain during summer is very difficult.

 

I have collected the rain water while performing the

upaya, ‘bringing the blessed almonds from the temple

for 8 days’, and keeping it in my pooja room for

further action.

 

Kindly advice.

Dear Deendayalan ji,

 

If the book mentions Pt. Krishna Ashant as its author then it is the

translation of his original book in Hindi.

Yes it is alright to collect the rain water any time. The upaya

starts when you place it on the roof under the open sky , that is

when the 'sankalp' takes place ... meaning that my willful act of

placing this water bottle is an act of upaya. The day you keep the

rain water should not clash with other upaya.
