I read that if she buys a house then it is not good for inlaws as well as her nanihal.Last year i bought a readymade house in her name and also this year in her 37th year of varsh phal , saturn has shifted to 6th house.Unfortunately last oct ,03 only my father passed away.Obviously some corelation is developing. Now my wife is suggesting to make one extra room in the house which i am reluctant.Please advise us in this matter. Should we go ahead with construction? I read also that buying readymade house is not a problem The only thing is one should not go for 'neev khodna'Is it right to say so Please look in to the matter In my kundali , the saturn is there in the 5th house along with jupitar. If Saturn is in the 4th house of the Janma kundali , it is prohibited to either get a house constructed or to buy one at least upto the age of 39 { saturn years are 36 to 39 } under any circumstances. It is further advised that it will be better if buying or constructing a house could be delayed upto the age of 48 { upto the age of Ketu }. It is believed that Rahu and Ketu are the agents of Saturn. Therefore period belonging to both of them , lasting upto the age of 48 , should also be avoided. The same holds good for the Saturn in the 6th house. I therefore would advise you not to go ahead with any kind of construction this birth year. If you are a "keen reader of LalKitab" then please do read about Saturn in the fifth and also the additional chapter on Houses (1953 edition.) This is a very sincere suggestion. May i inform you that she has been doing one uppaya that throwin of 4 coconuts in the running water on saturdays.
