Yes according to the vedic astrology mars is in the neech

rasi.But according to the Lal Kitab one of the conditions for the

mars to act malefic is when saturn and sun are together.In your case

mars is not as malefic as you think. If you are a child born after a

lot of prayers of the parents [ mannat ki aulad ] , in that case the

best upaya will be that you should offer food to young girls [ kanya

bhojan ]whenever and as often as you can.
