Guest guest
Ref: NCG's daughter's horoscope Dear Bhatia ji, What if we try the Bhav - spashtha ? With virgo still as the Lagna the picture is : Rahu : second house Jup : Seventh house Ketu : Eighth house Mar : ninth house Moon+Sat : tenth house Ven : eleventh house Sun+Mer : twelvth house Now I understand that the Lal Kitab doesn't accept the concept of Bhav....but still you might give it a try.Because after the Bhav spashtha the picture gets closer to, if not identical to, the Lagna being taken as Libra. Could you please just frame a few verification questions for the above planetary positions with Virgo as the Lagna ? Let shri NC Gupta ji respond to those questions. It could be such an academic excercise...Just lets see. with kind regards, upadhyay, IIT Delhi
Guest guest
Upadhyay Ji, If the following were the horoscope, then she would definitely have an older brother (and possibly more brothers.) She'd do really well in her profession. This will also not show the mother as having skin disease. But if they have rented out their house, then the type of people living there (the renters) will definitely influence the outcome of the horoscope - good or bad. Going purely by Lal Kitab theory, it really doesn't care about anything beyond the basic birth chart but it strongly recommends the verification of the horoscope and the Lagna adjustment, if needed. Guest guest
Dear Bhatia ji, So nice of you to have given it a try. Well if the concept of Bhav doesn't exist in the Lal Kitab it doesn't exist. But persons like me who are getting interested in the Lal Kitab can't find the verification questions...could you please help us on that? I have a photo copy of the hindi version of the 1952 edition [ 1176 pages]claimed to be translated by one of the students of shri Roop Chand Joshi ji , and also the Arun Sanhita again claimed to be the hindi transliteration of Lal Kitab. Both of them are very tough reading. Can't understand even 25% of what is being said.It is not because of urdu words , it is because the idiom it is written in. I have been trying to understand them with the help of Krishna Ashant ji's books...but that doesn't seem to lead me any where either. But i am not going to give it up come what may with regards, upadhyay lalkitab , Rajinder Bhatia <rajinderbhatia2002> wrote: > Upadhyay Ji, > If the following were the horoscope, then she would definitely have an older brother (and possibly more brothers.) Guest guest
Upadhyay Ji, "..But i am not going to give it up come what may..." That is the kind of determination that you need to understand LalKitab. I haven't seen Arun's transliteration of the 1952 edition. But I have his 1941 transliteration - it is criminally bad and horrible. The first page has approximately twenty five words misspelled (such that the meaning becomes different or unclear); four sentences are missing at different places and one diagram is missing. He has reprinted many editions but unfortunately, he refuses to spend the time and energy to proof-read it. If the '52 edition is anything like that, then God help you. Pt Ashant has done a credible job. At least, the book is readable. I don't know the quality of transliteration by Pt Roop Chand Ji's "student" but the book, in its original form, is really not that difficult to read. The language is at times, laced with Punjabi colloquialism. Pt. Ashant's book, "Lal Kitab - Prishthbhoomee Aur Vyakhya" is well written and is quite readable. However, many important topics are missing from his book. Don't waste your time and money on his "Lagna Darshan" series of books. If you run into difficult words/sentences, feel free to make a list and I will try to give you the meanings. I don't understand everything from the book but I will do the best I can. As recommended, read and re-read and you will understand it. Best regards, Respectfully, Rajinder Bhatia upadhyay_iitd <upadhyay_iitd wrote: Dear Bhatia ji, So nice of you to have given it a try. Guest guest
Dear Bhatiaji and Upadhayji, I was thinking that if the marriage happens in the current Sat- Jupiter dasa, Libra lagna will be correct and if it happens post 2004, Virgo lagna will be correct. I have one apprehension regarding the nature of Mars which will be hugely malefic for her if it is Libra Lagna. I donot think that it is. She got her first job in Saturn-Mars dasa. Also, I her father had a bypass surgery during Saturn-Rahu-Mars dasa which does seem to point out that Mars is in 9th House which is that of Father's. However, Jupter dasa for the first 12 years of her life was the best period. She was extremely happy. That does prove that Jupiter is not in the 8th house. I would really appreciate your views on these observations. Can we gauge something from my chart/ my wife's chart regarding the horoscope of our children? Guest guest
Dear Gupta Ji, Please don't try to mix concept of Lal Kitab with any other system like tradional or KP. All are seperate systems and in all of them there are different way to judge the malefic and benefic that gives the bad and good results respectively as per systems' own dasa. In Lal Kitab there is no concept of Vimshottari Dasha, there is 35 years cycle and Varshaphal for timing events. So Mars and other malefic planet will give bad result as per above methods. For example, Mars period in Lal Kitab starts from 28th years. So if Mars is malefic 6 years from 28th year must no go good. [all learned member should correct me if I am wrong]. What I want to say here is If Mars Vimshottari Dasha has gone well it doesn't mean that Mars can not be malefic as per Lal Kitab. As Lal Kitab as nothing to do with Vimshottari Dasha. Guest guest
Thanks for your response. I understand that the two systems are entirely different and should not be confused with each other.
